Pilates
As a low-impact exercise method, Pilates is designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness through precise movements. Created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, it combines elements of yoga, gymnastics, and breathing techniques.
Pilates exercises target the βcoreβ β the deep abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and glutes β to promote better posture, balance, and overall stability.
