My classes are open to everyone, whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I hold space for every body, every experience level, and whatever you bring with you that day. As a certified Hatha yoga teacher, I guide practices that connect breath with movement, creating an environment where you can explore, ground, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

Pilates

As a low-impact exercise method, Pilates is designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness through precise movements.

Pilates exercises target the “core” — the deep abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and glutes — to promote better posture, balance, and overall stability.

I offer on-demand yoga & classes and workshops, allowing you to practice at your own pace, anytime and anywhere. Whether you’re looking to dive deeper into a specific aspect of yoga or explore a new technique, my tailored classes and workshops provide you with the flexibility to meet your personal needs. Each session is designed to inspire, empower, and support your journey towards balance, presence, and growth.
