Yoga not only has many physical and health benefits — from releasing tension to increasing flexibility, but it also helps you connect with the wisdom already residing in your body. Your practice is an opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level.
My classes are open to everyone, whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I hold space for every body, every experience level, and whatever you bring with you that day. As a certified Hatha yoga teacher, I guide practices that connect breath with movement, creating an environment where you can explore, ground, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
Pilates
As a low-impact exercise method, Pilates is designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness through precise movements.
Pilates exercises target the “core” — the deep abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and glutes — to promote better posture, balance, and overall stability.
I offer on-demand yoga & classes and workshops, allowing you to practice at your own pace, anytime and anywhere. Whether you’re looking to dive deeper into a specific aspect of yoga or explore a new technique, my tailored classes and workshops provide you with the flexibility to meet your personal needs. Each session is designed to inspire, empower, and support your journey towards balance, presence, and growth.

I offer in-person and online Yoga and/or Pilates classes, suitable for all ages and body types. Classes are taught in English, French, or Luxembourgish.
In our 1:1 yoga classes, you’ll receive personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, get stronger, release tension, or simply find peace, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll flow, stretch, and breathe in a way that aligns your body, mind, and soul, creating space for healing, growth, and inner joy.

I teach beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga at the Municipality of Roeser & Frisange from September/October 2026 through to the beginning of July 2027. These group classes are open to both residents and non-residents, and offered at an affordable price.
Classes are taught in Luxembourgish and French, ensuring an inclusive experience for all.
Please note, registrations and bookings are managed directly by the Municipality, as I do not handle bookings or payments myself. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to practicing with you 🌿
